Superb quality, perfect for my E39
I bought a cheap knock off DISA for my E39 that lasted about a year. The flap, Pin and diaphragm all broke. Luckily I kept my original part as I knew about this kit, just wanted to go cheaper at first. A common saying for E39 repairs is "buy cheap, buy twice". If your DISA valve needs this kit, it won't look like the one in the video.
Nicely made parts that fit well. The fitting video showed the supplied grease and thread lock being applied to some surprising locations if they're to do the job, plus - it seems the one they used as an example was in good working order rather than in need of repair (the steel pin was rolling around inside the manifold on mine, and definitely didn't need to be pried out). A torque setting would be useful, as would some better advice on getting the original pin out of the blade. HTH.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great Product!
Well engineered, looks good and was easy enough to install. Instead of one of the small cups JB Welds threadlock was included which seemed like a nice touch. I was missing a installation sheet but there is only so many ways one could fit it and there is howto:s on YouTube made by x8r. All in all.
