Does what it's supposed to.
Bought as a spare to the one that came with a kit. I keep my tools separated, ones I use all of the time, the others for occasional use. I wanted to make sure that whichever kit I picked up to use I had batteries and a compatible charger. Hot Chsrger
Purchased this after buying some Dewalt 5ah batteries. I already have the DCB113 charger but this is better suited to my 2ah batteries but this took around an hour & a half to fully charge the 5ah batteries and got very hot whilst charging. However the DCB115 isn't that much quicker and also heats up just the same. If I'd have known I would have gone for the DCB118 which is also capable of charging the Dewalt Flexvolt range of batteries and has a cooling fan built in.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A well made charger that fits and charges batteries for DeWalt power tools. Batteries do not take long to charge and the charger whilst getting warm does not get too hot to touch.
