Berberine Better then Metformin
Berberine is a good product which surpasses Metformin any day. Good bye kidney attack. Can be a lil pricey. One of the reasons I left big Pharma because of greediness. You do have to eat right in order for it to work. You can't expect it to work if your eating cheeseburgers and fries. I didn't even expect the losing weight. Firstly i hate how they put on the bottle "1000mg serving" it's very misleading. What's wrong with putting 500mg- because that's what is actually in the bottle... Moving on. So berberine. This is very good product. I take as a replacement for that awful drug metformin. I have PCOS and i take this in conjunction with inositol. I take berberine 2 does 2xdaily (2x500 morning and evening) same time. I do feel the difference. And it gives me a full sensation in the stomach. I have no pain or experience side effects.
