It has helped me so much. It has been years since I have been able to sleep on my back. This has allowed me that comfort. My legs don't ache or cramp anymore. Fantastic product. I ordered this for an elderly lady, living in an assisted living facility, who already has a resolved pressure wound, and was being treated for another.
