Really good vacuum great price
Really pleased with this vacuum cleaner. Looks like new and came with 2 year guarantee. I had a dyson before. This one has a more powerful suck which makes it a bit harder work cleaning carpets but results are pretty good. Really long lead which makes it easier to vacuum stairs. Also quite light weight so easy to carry. Only problem that is not good with fluff and as my kids often wear fluffy black socks the fluff has to be picked up by hand. But this was also the case with my old dyson. Otherwise very satisfied with this product

Ouch!
The suction on this vacuum caused us to have a few problems. On certain carpets and a vinyl floor it was difficult to move the head around and we resorted to using two hands. The second hand naturally positioned itself on the joint between the handle and pipe. During vacuuming motion the skin between the thumb and index finger managed to work it’s way into the joint and pinched the skin this happened to two different on the three occasions we used it. On the second occasion my wife was in tears with the pain.

Powerful cleaner, best on hard floors but works quite well on carpets too
Ideal cleaner for small house or flat as can get into smaller areas much easier than with an upright cleaner. + Very manoeuvrable and 'pneumatic' brush head adjusts well between floor surfaces. + Can reduce suction if it is too powerful for your surface. + The tools supplied attach well. + Although listed as a 'refurbished' item it looked new and unused to me with a 2 year warranty - The supplied instruction manual looked like a photocopy but a better quality item can be downloaded from Dyson website - Emptying it thoroughly is a bit more difficult as some of the fluff/dust vacuumed up doesn't stay in bottom of cylinder and has to be removed by hand or with a duster.

Cheap but great
Always been a fan of Dyson, they have great accessories and I paid £179 for it which I couldn't pass up on! The suction is powerful and there is a 5 year guarantee. My parents bought a Dyson like 10 years ago and it still works perfectly! The delivery time was very quick and the delivery man updated me through text and calls.
