Unobtrusive when not in use, and Good Value.
Ideal for those stuck in the house. Nothing fancy about the machine, but it does the job. Instructions not good. You will need to use the oil supplied to lubricate between the belt and the running board, before use. If in doubt look on YouTube. I am not in the first flush of youth, and just wanted it for walking. Found that if I set the walking platform to it's highest position and after a bit of practice, I could walk OK. Good treadmill, well made and easily assembled
Yes we are very pleased with it.. Received within 48hrs and with minimal putting together (turning a few screws,everything i needed ...allen key/screwdriver, etc was included) and I was away! Happily burning calories while watching TV in the comfort of my lounge! Such good value for money...and if you compare it to other similar units on here at this price it's a steal! Easy to set up and use. A great piece of kit.
It is a basic non motorised treadmill. It's only going to be as good as I make it work. I do need to hold on as I walk/run or I'll go flying off. I have found that tying my long dressing gown belt around my waist and onto the frame, means I can jog/run/walk without holding on. However try this with caution. See what works for you. Perhaps there are better versions of this treadmill out there, however mine was £29.99 and arrived damaged which I was able to fix so I basically have a kind of 'brand new' treadmill for £29.99 which makes me happy. I am using it everyday. Definitely follow instructions and add the treadmill lube to the belt. If your belt gears over to the left or right, I find running/Walking on the side it is edging over to, helps to steer it back to the middle. I love that it doesn't use electricity. I have noticed a huge improvement in my fitness and mood since using this and I would recommend this product as a cheaper but equally effective option.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
