Great System, But Mine Had A Problem (Solution Included In Review)
The disc tray does not stayed closed by itself. Perhaps a hinge came loose when I turned it upside down and set it on my floor, even though I did set it down gently, to disinfect it after I received it. This issue prevents my console from actually sliding the laser mechanism underneath discs to read them, at least not without some help. Fortunately, I was able to get around this issue by placing my bag of memory cards on top of the disc tray to keep it shut, thus allowing it to read discs. Any relatively light object, such as a notepad or roll of tape, should do fine should anyone else encounter this issue. Despite this issue, it is ultimately a minor blemish. I look forward to finally being able to use this to dive into the treasure trove of classic titles for the PS1 and PS2 which were never released in my country!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
