Nothing better in my opinion
This may be an older model mill however the encapsulated bowl capacity of this mill is why I purchased...easy to operate, clean, and store. The fact it is one piece that can be broken down was also a selling point for me...following the owner s manual (which also provided educational materials on the different grains) this product should last for many years! Superb product in every way.
The Nutrimill Classic 20 Cup of Flour Grain Mill is superb in every way. It is a straightforward, easy to use, and very efficient unit. I have used it non stop since I received it two weeks ago. The flour it produces is silky smooth and perfect in every way. It's loud, but that's no real concern of mine since it mills grain so quickly. I would most definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a good, reliable grain mill.

Quick and finely ground flour
The Nutrimill Classic grinds a lot of flour very quickly. The flour was very fine. Some flour did stick to the inside of the plastic bin on the bottom but I was able to sweep it out easily with a brush. A little flour leaked out to the left of the front even though I had it pushed all the way in but I can deal with that to get such a fine grind and so quickly. One of the instructional video mentioned that. 2 cups of hard wheat grain look less than 30 seconds to grind with a very fine texture. I did a lot of research and watched a lot of instructional and review videos. I am very pleased with the product and plan to a cup of black beans with 4-5 cups of hard wheat tonight.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
