My wife and I are a bit disappointed in this wok. It doesn't get olive oil to the temperature where your vegetables sizzle. Despite having a large double gas rings it simply doesn't get hot enough.
So it may be that the stone effect doesn't release the heat like the black ones do.
After normal cooking my wife noticed some bits of chicken were still pinkish.
I had to work hard to get my prawns reach temperature in a bean sprouts dish.
It only gets three stars because I'm pretty sure it'll last forever. It would work in slow cooking something like a stew.
Overall not fit for stir fries: that's our experience.
Can I also say I'm a big Tefal fan. All my other cookware is tefal and I love it.
