Large tablet, may be difficult to swallow for some, I use warm water to swallow, sometimes feel a bit queasy while tabs transit down. I use them (6 daily) for my osteoporosis in conjunction with the Rx Prolia injections. Augment with magnesium tabs (2) per day. Recommendation: Get some. Kirkland is quality you can be sure of.
