Love it!
Great item that we don't see used in the UK very often. If you have a family and want a quick supply of hot water this is ideal. The downsides are that you can't get water from the machine until it is fully heated (to the temperature you previously set). I found that the inside furred up quite quickly with calcium deposits (I live in a medium hard water area) so I'd recommend one stainless steel wool balls that you can buy to prevent this. I really dislike the 'beep' which always comes on when you press the buttons and the series of beeps when it reaches the set temperature - it is really annoying. The build is good and it holds a lot of water so it doesn't need refilling too often. The water level gauge is very clear and it looks good when the lights come on. Not as good as they claim
Does take about half an hour to boil. Quality isn't all that. The screen and reading are difficult to see under dim light. on one occasion it continued to poor despite the button being no longer pressed. Doesn't take full 5 litres and when you're on the last litre it stops dispensing...so you never get to use the full 5 litres.
