I purchased this model for upgrading and...
I purchased this model for upgrading and conversion to DCC and am extremely pleased with the end result. Although lacking in detail compared to the latest N Gauge ready-to-run models it is dimensionally accurate and captures the distinctive appearance of the original well. Remotored with a small coreless motor and with tender pick-ups added plus "stay-alive" it runs superbly and will handle 7 coach trains with ease.
