Multi release, light springs, double sided. Great on a mountain bike.
I've been used to straps for decades but, buying new mountain bike shoes, I wanted to invest in my first-ever cleats. I needed ones that would easily detach for unpredictable terrain, but I was also concerned these clips might detach unexpectedly, or pop out whilst pulling up on hill climbs. Even with the springs adjusted half way they don't detach unless asked to, even when pulling up, and when you want them to they do so VERY easily. Doesn’t do what it says on the tin
I bought these to offer more foot support as I have arthritis in my feet. The cage does not contact any area of the shoe in any of my three pairs. It’s design is to support the foot which it does not. They’re a good clip less pedal other than the fact you’re carrying the extra weight of a useless cage.
