The benefit of buying this one over the square bracket is that you can choose the direction of the CPU cooler/fan faces; either inline with the RAM or inline with the PCIe slots like the square bracket.
It comes with 4 standoff screws which are required to install into an AM4 back plate.
After installing the standoffs one may become worried as you should notice that even fully tightened the back-plate is rather loose. It should become secure once you install the adjustable bracket as it did for me, although it appears it may not for some people on YouTube. It's worked for me.
If you are using an aftermarket cooler for your GPU that has a large protruding back-plate heat sink then you may have clearance issues depending on your motherboard if you choose to face in line with the RAM.
