  • Tolerable owing to its brevity

Sadly something of a disappointment Apart from the almost constant repeat of the previous page -almost to the end. The lack of verbiage and the repetative and stilted conversation between father and child became almost unbearably tedious. AND we never did find out how the world ended up in the way that it did. From the BLEAK scenario depicted ,I can only deduce geoengineering /weather warfare to be the cause I do hope the movie is an improvement.

  • Great book ... great movie

I loved the book ... really kept me wanting to read more and more The movie will never live up to the book but this one gave me the same feeling of helplessness and amazement at how a human can survive in these situations. Great acting

  • The road

An amazing and challenging movie adaptation of an equally brilliant book by Cormac McCarthy, this John Hillcoat production is emotionally powerful and at times challenging, especially for any parent and at this time. A brilliant performance by Viggo Mortensen.
