Great for acne prone, sensitive skin
This foundation is not for every skin type. It's not for very dry or mature skin. I'm 34 and have noticed that this foundation doesn't look as good on me as it did when I was 24. It settles into lines I didn't know I had. The matte version is a big no on mature skin according to my mom. Great for sensitive skin. Moisturizer and primer are a must! I use this when I have hormonal acne flare ups. It's the only foundation that allows my skin to heal while minimizing the breakouts I would get from any liquid foundation I've tried. I prefer full coverage. This is definitely not full coverage but it's fantastic for a quick, dewy, no makeup look or when you don't want to use a separate sunscreen. It doesn't last on super oily skin without primer or setting spray but that's basically all foundations. I've purchased this many times over the last decade.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Different this time
I have used Bare Minerals Foundation for years and always loved it. I thought I would never use any other make-up. But this last order is different from any I have ordered before. It is more matte, and dryer, and it does not cover like the previous same product. I have tried to wear it several times and finally had to give up and order a different brand of foundation. I don't know if the ingredients or production was changed or if I got an old product, but I am afraid to order this foundation again. Great price... not genuine
I have been buying BareMinerals powder foundation and pressed powder since I discovered the brand six years ago. My item came to me super quickly and I appreciate that, however, the product is not genuine. It is a knock-off foundation and does not go on as smooth as it should, nor does it include the proper labeling on the back. (Sticker was removed). Great for my dermatitis
I have perioral dermatitis and was told my a dermatologist years ago I should only use powdered foundation. I absolutely love the coverage that this brand provides. I love that you can get it for discount prices on eBay! I'm pretty cheap when it comes to most things, and rarely wear makeup, but I'll gladly spend a little more for something that works well. Good coverage without the liquid mess
It has a good coverage and helps cover some scarring from sun damage. My skin is fair and the Medium is a good color without making it too dark. Just enough to give my skin a healthy glow. Much better than the liquid which settles in the creases of the skin. This powder goes on soft and fast with a puff brush. It cleans off the skin very simply with a make up cleansing tissue. Excellent Price for an Excellent Product
I've also loved mineral powder makeup, I have normal to dry skin, and put this on after applying a light moisturizer. It holds throughout the day, I work an office job, so I don't really sweat- can't say how well it holds up 'under pressure.' It covers very well, I have freckles, and even a light dusting of the powder does a really thorough job at hiding them. Won't use anything else
The fact that this is made from all natural products is a plus for me because I have sensitive skin. The SPF 15 is a plus as well, but even more so I like the powder application when swirled on, can hide a myriad of my freckles, age spots, and whatever else is going on. I don't use much and it looks natural.
