This EBS guitar pedal creates a single note one octave below the pitch of the played note changing the way you hear sound effects. This easy-to-use EBS OctaBass pedal controls the level of the original tone and mix in the octave effect. This EBS Octave pedal's Intelligent tracking feature with its fast tracking circuitry allows rapid playing techniques, providing sound accuracy. This EBS guitar pedal has Normal and Octave level knobs allowing you to select from High (synth), Mid (classic divider) and Low (sub-shaking lows) ranges. My expectation was a clean octave below the note I was playing. The Octabass produces a processed sound with no discernable delay and will complement or replace the note. After working with it for a few minutes I got to like it a lot. I'm using a power supply from Guitar Center ($20) as the Octabass does not come with a power supply.
