Great Aggressive Fuzz
This pedal sounds great, is on the aggressive side for a fuzz but not quite as mental sounding as the Zvex Fuzz Factory. My only qualm is that due to the dark tone, it can sound like a level drop when the pedal is engaged and the higher frequencies of the clean tone get eaten up, but I'm sure this can be dialed in better with more time spent on the settings.

Versatile heavy rock pedal
Surprisingly versatile. While it shines as a full on fuzz pedal dripping with gain, you can get a great tone out of it with the fuzz dialed back more like on the edge of distortion and fuzz. Thick tone leaves your lows intact for serious chug while highs come thru strong but heavily clipped. I find it works well with my Digitech Drop pedal (which muddies tone going thru it) without just becoming sludge. Sustain for days without going straight into feedback. The knobs offer a huge range to work with, so it may take some time to really dial this pedal in, but the results are worth it. Thunderous low chugs, fuzzy single note highs- from extreme distortion to extreme fuzz- this pedal pretty much has you covered.

I love this pedal
This pedal is great. You can get a lot of different sounds out of this thing. All the knobs change the the sound so much, it probably took me an hour to get it dialed in. But once I did, I got the jumbo fuzz tone I was looking for. It has two more knobs on the inside that I haven't even messed with yet. I'll get to it eventually. I haven't played any other fuzz pedals so I can't compare this to anything But I'm completely satisfied with the swollen pickle.

Fuzz With a Purpose
With the Pickle you can independently adjust the mids and add or subtract the amount of crunch you hear. These features are in addition to the volume, sustain and tone you typically find on a fuzz pedal. It's because of these that you can truly dial in the tone you want.
