Shipping was sad.
I was excited to get the Samsung monitor. My disappointment was opening the box. It was packed very bad cracking the top and bottom of the screen. It does work well, so I’m sure it was pristine going into the box. For $48 dollars shipping and no return policy I would hope it would be packed a whole lot better. Clean Monitor but with some glitches
