Genuine Windows 8.1 Pro is as bad as Windows Vista, it was a complete pain in the backside to install, setup & activate. I have gone to a dual boot system where I have Windows 7 & Windows 8.1 Pro it is easier to call Microsoft in your country & reactivate Windows 7 as with this product I found the C.O.A is poorly printed & has a lot of incompatibilities with a lot of software & games if you are looking for Windows 8.1 Pro & you know how to use it well then this item is for you but don't be surprised if you go back to Windows 7 or even step up to Windows 10. I may even remove this O.S altogether as it can be a very cantankerous O.S & not everything will work even in compatibility mode. I have used computers with all variations of Windows since Windows 3.1 & even before Windows was thought of. D.O.S was easier to use & install than this piece of crap, do yourself a favour reactivate Windows 7 if you have it otherwise skip this O.S & go to Windows 10. I'm not happy with this O.S at all I find it cumbersome & totally useless.
