Strong lift
This is a lovely bleach powder. I personally use with 40vol blondeme developer, and I am so impressed with the lift that I get from this. The powder doesn’t clump at all, it’s not dusty, mixed very easily and with the developer I don’t suffer any breakage from bleaching. Hair still feels strong and soft and that’s with 40vol.
