The fantastical morality play takes audiences on a thrill ride through Dickensian London, as it tells the story of grouchy Scrooge and his refusal to embrace the Christmas spirit. A midnight visit from the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Yet to Come show him the error his ways, both old and new; such as how his miserly existence affects those around him including his loyal clerk Bob Cratchit (GARY OLDMAN) and cheery nephew Fred (COLIN FIRTH). Brilliant 3D Movie Classic
I’d lent my copy of this 3D Blu-ray dvd and didn’t get it back, so I was very happy to find I still buy one used. The one I got is perfect. We watched it on our new 3D projector as I wanted to test out the 3D on the projector on a 100” pull down screen. Honestly this movie is the best 3D animation out there. It was brilliant when we’d watched it previously on a 47” tv screen but even better on a big screen. It’s a great classic Charles Dickens story very well done, though not suitable for young children as it is quite scary in parts. Excellent 3d effects
We added A Christmas Carol to our collection of 3d blu ray DVDs recently. So glad we did. The reproduction is 1st class and the 3d effect are amazing. The Dickens story is well known, but this DVD really portrays it well. Could be a bit scary for younger children though.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
