The small-sized Canon all-in-one printer rolls out pages in 600x600 dots per inch resolution in black and 9600x2400 dpi in color mode. This Canon PIXMA MP560 also scans at 600x600 dots per inch. The Canon PIXMA all-in-one inkjet printers can be easily connected to any Windows or Apple Mac computer. After we fixed it, it now works great
When we received the printer the ink cartridge carrier would not move. It was stuck on the right side. I worked an hour and got it unstuck (thankfully without breaking it). The test we did was not good. We replaced all the cartridges, ran the maintenance alignments and cleaning and it now works beautifully. I think it all happened with the shipping. Maybe a little packing under the top would have been good since everything was already installed. We now love this printer and the printing is beautiful.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Make sure to package it well if sending USPS
I had the printer before, and I have lots of toner. I like the photo prints especially on photo paper very crisp. That's why I was looking for this exact printer. Unfortunately when I received the printer it was damaged. I don't know if USPS damaged it I emailed the insurance company twice to make a claim. I haven't heard back from them.

Although this particular model is no longer on the retail market, a used or refurbished is still a good buy.

Outstanding printer! You can do most home projects with ease. Photos are spectacular. Durable*. Will last for years. Easy to setup with WIFI install program makes connections very easy. I donot think I will ever own another type of printer. As long as I can find one. Navigation could be a little more intuitive. The Menu and Screen are easy to read. * DO NOT USE CHEAP INKS. It will ruin the print head. We used the cheaper inks for 1 year before we started having problems. Replaced Ink Head. Our printer is 6 years old. No issues until I started using the cheaper inks. Use Canon Ink cartridges or Office Depot knockoff Cartridges. If the ink cartridge lock tab does not light up run at your own risk.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Canon printer
Canon has made some of the best printers I have owned. BUT, each new model seems cheaper and harder to work with. I wish we could continue to buy the older models. The ink system is a system that I really like. When one color goes dry all you need do is replace that color.
