The best 1000 watt out there
I've had several Generators from various different manufacturers including Honda, and this one blows them all out of the water. Yes I said it, this Yamaha EF1000is, is better than the Honda. I've been using this Generator everyday for at least 10 hours a day to run my 5000 BTU AC in my trailer for the last month. It gets incredible fuel economy with one full tank of gas it runs my AC all night. I would definitely recommend this Generator for anyone looking for a small lightweight Inverter Generator. Please don't make the same mistake I made and buy a cheap one since that one only lasted about a week before the recoil starter broke.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

The best inverter out there at 1000 watts..
This is my second EF1000is Inverter. I wore out my first one and it took about 14 years ago. I also used it a lot. Very dependable. I eventually had to replace the rope starter, all of them eventually wear out. Change the oil very often and use Yamaha's specific oil (Yama Lube).
