Handy light stickers
These are great LITTLE stickers. Takes a bit of prep as surface must me clean and dry, not always easy outside. The size I bought were much smaller than I expected and wouldn’t take a solid cable I wanted to use but were fine for multi stranded cabled where one or too wires fitted in slot. My fault for not confirming size. Not used before so can’t say how long they stay secured to surface or if they will leave a mark.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

RUBBISH DO NOT STICK.. CHEAP PLASTIC
Cheap clear plastic. We put on pvc window frame to attach fairy Christmas lights Dec 2018. Half fell off. Would not stick. We went to B&M bought the same with white plastic clips and addisive and was fine. Not fit for puropose. Waste of money and time trying to attach these. Most of the sticks pads arw not sticky. Fantastic little must haves
Absolutely brilliant clear little hooks. Not even noticeable once up, really easy to attach and simple to use with fairy lights. I use these around my window with Xmas fairy lights, the sticker tab glue holds incredibly well, very strong, never had one fall off even if window becomes moist with condensation. Excellent on cleaned surfaces. tougher than you may think. Removes without a mark if you are careful
the surface may need cleaning with a cloth and detergent & water, but once its stuck it sticks very well. This particularly applies to painted objects like doors. Some of the hooks on the tops of door frames and kitchen cabinets that were put up for Christmas stay in place all year making seasonal decorating easy!. The photo shows a Christmas star that was spaced away from the wall with some bent wire coat-hanger, all suspended from a single little Command hook at the top.

Recommended sticky hooks.
These 3M Command Hooks solve a lot of problems. I first used them to run a dash cam cable from the socket up to the camera in my car. They have stayed firmly in place for 2 years. I know that when i need to remove them, they will come off cleanly if i follow the instructions. I used these latest hooks to run a telephone cable around my aunts room, sticking them onto the paintwork. I would not use them on wallpaper, i imagine removing them would cause damage to the paper. So far really good.
I love these command strips with the hooks. Originally brought them to hang the curtain lights... Didnt fully follow instructions.. i stuck the strips on my shed and stuck the hooks on and didnt wait a few hours before i hung the lights on. Only used 10-12 hooks for 24 strings and they held up very well... It has been over 2 months since i have used the hooks. They are still holding up but will test if they are strong enough to still hold the lights up without falling.. Have bought a few packs after this purchase because i think they do work quite well... but time will tell just how well...

Cracking bit of kit
These hooks really are perfect for hanging Christmas decorations, and in these days of LEDs, the hooks are strong enough to support lighting as well. I can't comment about taking them down after use - who needs to?
