I'm glad this kit is available. It is easy and simple to use with picture instructions. I also recommend going onto their website and watching the video instructions. It does come with 2 single use lancets to prick your finger. If you follow the instructions the results are very obvious. It comes with a card you can carry. Took around 10 minutes from start to finish: reading the instructions, prep & performing the test. You don't feel the finger-prick device at all. Test is accurate... I compared it to results I received from a hospital - exact match.
