This cycle trainer arrived quickly and was very simple to set up ( courtesy of hubby) It is a great trainer and depending on your gear the noisier it is. I have mine in my bedroom so hubby said its not too noisy down stairs. I have bought a chock for the front wheel which lifts up the bike to even it out.
