Great Trainer
This cycle trainer arrived quickly and was very simple to set up ( courtesy of hubby) It is a great trainer and depending on your gear the noisier it is. I have mine in my bedroom so hubby said its not too noisy down stairs. I have bought a chock for the front wheel which lifts up the bike to even it out. Worth the money and is great for getting me fit

Product ok, but does not come with rear wheel skewer
Most trainers come with a rear wheel skewer, as unlikely most rear wheels with a quick release will fit, this does not. Not a big deal as I managed to pick one up from Halfords for £3.99, but just kep in mind. Other than that product is good value for the money.

Bought this so I could connect my mountain bike too.Have arthritis in my hips,so wanted to strengthen the muscles, but did not want to take the bike on the road. This trainer is ideal and can use in the garage.For quick release wheels it comes with the right size skewer to fit the trainer. 2 minute job to change.Works a treat. Highly recommended
