  • Edible Apples

I used this trap to monitor the codling moth population on three apple trees. Before using this my apple harvest was riddled with maggots. Last year I installed the Agrilan Pheromone Codling Moth Trap towards the end of May and was amazed how many moths were 'stuck' to it. This is designed to monitor the situation and it certainly did what it said on the packet. I've reordered this year and look forward to similar results.

  • Moth catcher

The housing is not very strong and can split if it gets windy,(where the metal hangers have to be threaded through the holes)

  • Perfect Apples.

I have been using these Pheromone Codling Moth traps for a number of years now to protect our apple tree, used as per the instructions they work very well indeed. Plus, by checking the trap daily you can estimate how many Coddling Moths are in the area and take more drastic action if need be. Having said that I have never had to do so, last year not one apple had been attacked and so far this year the result is about the same. The Lady moths must be saying " Where have all the men gone!?"

  • I won't know if it works until next year but seems ok

looking good but will only find out how effective it is next year when the moths become active again

  • easy to use

Traps moths really well , although a bit late for success this year. My own fault for being late in setting traps.

  • Moth trap

Bought two of these traps for my fruit trees, bit of an over kill, but after last years plumbs and apples riddled with grubs, taking no chances, seem to be working ok , catching the moths , apples and plumbs so far looking good .

  • Does what it says on the packet

Cannot say anything bad about this product, I had hardly hung it up and it started attracting and killing the moths. unbelievably fast acting and great value as it comes with a refill as well. I wish I had bought one of these years ago. If you have fruit trees, you must get one of these.

  • Excellent value

The codling moth trap works wonders in our orchard. Today 27/5/2020 we have just eaten our last apple stored from last October. No moth grubs to make the apples go bad. Would buy again. Good value for money. They are a lot more expendive in the garden centre. The first ones I bought were in Poundland and I have been hooked on them ever since.
