Ok set for cleaning flat areas
This is an ok product for the money, was bought with helping us clean the walls in the bakery at work and with the added benefit off having additional pad we can also clean our own windows. The only thing that lets this set down is the squeeze as it keeps slipping apart whilst wet, but otherwise I would recommend this to everyone

Well made but too short
It is well made but the main problem is that the extension is not very long, alright for doing down stairs windows. It comes with an extra cloth for cleaning the window but no replacement rubber. The head for the squeeze can be undone and a replacement rubber could be fitted, if you could fine one the right size. I managed to take the head attachment off and attached it to a much longer extension pole as I do like the cleaning equipment which comes with it.

Difficult to use
Problem: The product has two inter-changeable heads (one for washing and one or wiping) but only one 'pole'. This makes it difficult to use if up a tall ladder. After washing, climb down the ladder change heads and then climb back up again - OR - change heads whilst up then ladder (not a good idea from a H&S point of view)

Hole should be drilled as poles are hollow and hang up removed . And provision for hose connection in stead of hang up hook . The small hole at top end sprays water on blade or fabric ,
