STAR WARS - THE CLONE WARS combines dynamic, stylised animation with action-driven storylines as it explores new terrain in the already vast Star Wars universe. Debuting on the Cartoon Network in 2008, the show takes place during the embattled era of the Clone Wars (largely an off-screen presence in the theatrical films), following young Anakin Skywalker, C-3PO, and Yoda through stormy adventures and galactic battles. This collection of episodes pits the syntactically challenged Jedi Master against the deadly assassin Asajj Ventress, while Anakin and Obi-Wan Kenobi try to steer a dreaded warship off course. a great series for younglings and adults alike
The animation is not the best in places but bearing in mind this show was delivered with a relatively small budget and a short time scale the creators have excelled themselves. I've not got through the whole set yet but I'm impressed by the detail that goes into the storytelling and the blessing out if characters which are minor in the films it also brings back concepts and storylines from some of the legends material which more die hard fans will appreciateVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
