Although I have been in possession of this film for a while, tonight is the first night I sat down to watch it. I took the outer wrapper off, opened the DVD case and the DVD cracked right across as I tried to remove it. It is therefore unplayable. This has never happened to me before. Can you tell me if you will replace it please?
