Unbeatable in this price-range.
I've owned about 10 different ESP/LTD guitars over the years, and have owned two MH-1000s before this H-1001, which are both very similar guitars. For their price the 1000 series guitars from ESP/LTD are simply unbeatable for rock, metal, shred, etc. The hardware, pickups, tonewood, aesthetic appointments, and most importantly the fret-work are simply unmatched by Ibanez, Schecter, Jackson, Agile, and others in this price range. The fret-work is consistently incredible on these guitars, and I've owned at least a few of guitars from all those other companies above. You can do much better than LTD if you're not playing rock/metal though; if you're a blues/jazz/country cat this will obviously not be the best option.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Super nice guitar.
This is a super nice guitar. Great craftsmanship on it. Sounds great. The only thing I don't like is the arm for the whammy bar which tends to loosen up and wiggle after a while, needing to be retightened often. I think I'll get the kit to mount it the old fashioned way, which has less play in it. Love the pickups on it. This is definitely the nicest guitar I have ever owned or played.
