Works Great but needs additional accessories
I thought the description said accessories not included so I was surprised when it arrived without software. Without software it's basically just a really big paper weight. However, from Amazon I was able to order this: USB Audio Video Converter, VHS to Digital Converter, Video Capture Card Digitize from Analog Video VCR VHS DVD, for Windows 7 8 10 which provided software and hardware to connect the box to my PC. Fortunately, I had the needed cable to connect the two devices together and I was able to convert my wedding VHS tape to DVD format and use ImgBurn to burn to DVDVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

This device exceeded my expectations. It brought all my old memories back to life again. It didnt include any usb cables, but these are easy to find at any computer store. The driver had to be downloaded from ions website, but that was a small hiccup considering how easy it was to setup once the driver and video converter was installed. The video quality is superb, but more important is that this is a dual use device with the ability to capture video from a camcorder, and the built in vcr functions just fine. All in all, if you're looking for an easy way to convert old vhs tapes and camcorder footage to digital, look no further than this device!Verified purchase: Yes
