    Its a real Fluke

    Don't be put off by the low price - its a genuine quality Fluke multimeter made for the Chinese market - I would recommend you replace the stock leads that come with it for the official retail TL175 set which are much longer / made from silicone and will last you much longer. Also if the meter ships with batteries - replace them with quality known brands.
