I am prone to feeling sick to my stomach when taking dieting supplements because most of them have cayenne pepper. This product does not. So I did not feel sick which I really appreciated and liked. I did notice this is best taken about 20-30 minutes before bed and after at least a few hours after you eat. If you keep to a schedule, you may see results. Your body does get adjusted to it but it did make me feel tired and helped me sleep for the first 2 weeks... Fat burner??? Undecided on that one, I've kept my diet the same and since I do lift maybe that's why I can't tell a noticeable difference especially on the scale...
