Pretty good smelling
I only seemed to need to use it a few times on our smelly breath little beast. I don't know how but it seemed to clear the problem up which she has had very smelly breath, poopy breath, most of her 2 years of life. Especially because she loves to love on you with licks we would stay away from allowing her to lick us. Now we still don't let her lick us a lot but at least when she does the stuff don't stink haha. Seems to work real well and I would start the dog out gently with a finger brush first just playing with their anterior teeth and then once after they are used to that slowly work back to their posteriors. It's harder to get back into the back with most dogs and make sure you don't scare them with the phone. Once you do that it becomes harder, this said from experience believe me. Overall though yes I would recommend this if you can pay comprable prices.
