    Guaranteed Quality

I've read loads of reviews for the "compatible", no-name brand generic Sonicare replacement brushes. Invariably, there are many horror stories of brush heads shedding bristles or brush heads breaking in half while inside the user's mouth! It's natural to want to save money, but often times a super-low price means you'll get what you paid for, unfortunately. As always, these new Sonicare brand brush heads will perform reliably and clean my teeth properly. I'm already using the first one and it's as good as ever. The price I paid was very reasonable, and I know I won't end up regretting the purchase.

    Genuine Phillips product??

I researched many Sonicare replacement heads that are not made by Phillips. I decided that I did not want to compromise my dental health by buying a cheap replacement, so I invested in what I thought was true Phillips product. Upon use, these new heads are extremely noisy in comparison with my original heads. I further compared my original heads with these replacements. My original heads had the Phillips name and Sonicare brand printed on the shaft. The replacement heads have no reference to Phillips or Sonicare at all - the only identification shown is "eSeries". Although the replacement heads are shipped in Phillips branded packaging, I have my doubts if they are genuine product. I will not buy again!

  • The order that I placed, was what exactly what I received.

Around the first of this month (December 2016) I ordered a twin pack of Genuine Philips Sonicare E-series replacement toothbrush heads. I did not realize how expensive these heads are to replace. Deciding to only purchase genuine replacement parts, I noticed that this particular seller offered a relatively fair price for this product. After check-out, I was informed that my order would arrive by (at latest) 12/9/2015. I received my order in the morning, on Tuesday 12/8/2015. After opening, I attached the new head to my toothbrush with no problems, what-so-ever. It continues to work perfectly!! I would definitely order from them again in the future!!

  • As good as name brand

I've used Sonicare products for over 20 years, obviously I'm a fan. But the replacement heads have become so expensive. I'm really pleased to have found these, which are less expensive but just as effective as the Sonicare brand.

  • Brand name at half the price.

I've used a Sonicare for years. Replacement heads are usually about $33 per pair. So I tried some off-brand replacements, which were difficult to screw on, and then buzzed at a feeble rate. My teeth didn't feel smooth. These are brand name at half the price. They work perfectly. If you are buying off of eBay, make sure you get GENUINE PHILIPS.

  • NOT genuine.

I was suspicious from the very get-go when I tried to open what I thought would be very easy packaging however it looks like it had been opened and re-melted/fused together. A cardboard advertising for Sonic's is clearly reprinted on thin cardboard and not the original packaging. There is a cheaply painted logo on the head that says E Series and when I compare it to my original Sonics head the original says Philips Sonicare whereas this one just says E Series. I'm very frustrated that there are people out there that sell knock-offs using the original product name.

  • Perfect

I needed replacement heads for my sonicare toothbrush. This was the first time I looked for them on eBay. I found brand name new replacements at a great price! They’re working just fine. They arrived in a matter of days. Thanks!

  • Fit and Finish is Good as always, but sometimes Noisy in operation

As others have noted, these currently produced brush heads are not quite as good as the originals and sometimes emit an annoying resonance when used. But, since original spec heads are not available any more, I guess I have to settle for these until the last of our handles wear out. I've read that the aftermarket ones are even worse, so there are no other choices. As noisy as they are, the brushing action seems to be effective.

  • Sonicare

So happy to find replacement heads for my older model Sonicare Toothbrush. My dentist suggested a Sonicare toothbrush years ago saying that as we get older, we need to brush even better and it has made a big difference in the fresh feeling in my mouth as well as better dental health. I occasionally go back to a regular toothbrush while on vacation and there is no comparison. Everyone should try an electric toothbrush for a month and see for themselves.

  • Look Ma, no cavities.

This is the smaller brush size for the older handles and I have used to the larger size for years but will keep with this smaller size brush head because with the same amount of hand force, now I get greater bristle force. Nothing like nice, new, firm bristles.
