    Works great!

I purchased this to clean my vaping supplies (RDAs, tanks and coils). It worked much better than I had expected. I have recently noticed a lot of online reviewers mention they use an ultrasonic cleaner to clean their gear. I thought I would look into it. This thing is great! The only downside and reason I gave it four stars is it only runs for three minutes per cycle. However, for the price, I can deal with clicking the button every three minutes. Does a great job!

    Poor Quality, But it Works

This product works, fits my needs exactly, and the price was good as well. My friend recommended this one to me (and he's had no problems), so I didn't shop around before getting this one. It shipped quickly to me, however within 45 seconds of me opening the box, the front lip (handle for lifting the lid including the on/off buttons) popped off. Now I have to hit the buttons with a dull pencil. Not a big deal I guess, but I wish the factory used a stronger glue for this item. FYI, the product worked when cleaning my ball-bearings, but I had to keep hitting the button (with a pencil, mind you) every three minutes for the full half-hour it took to clean them. If I had to make this purchase again, I'd probably try a different sonic cleaner.

  • Works well

I would probably rate this 4.5 stars if I could. The mitigating factor is that it is only $25. I used to own a jewelry manufacturing business so of course we used ultrasonic cleaners. There is no way you would confuse this with a commercial unit but those cost hundreds of dollars more. A lot of people don't know what to expect from these units as I see from the reviews. They blast dirt and grunge from crevices - that's it period. They aren't going to magically polish your jewelry. We used it to blast the rouge left behind after polishing. With a commercial unit you can watch material get blasted off the object, with this one it takes perhaps a couple 3 min sessions. Bottom line - it DOES work. I also cringe when I see people recommend them for use on gemstones like emeralds. If you have ever looked at an emerald under a microscope you'd never put one in a ultrasonic. Use it to get the dirt that is trapped in your eyeglasses, use it to blast the dirt and soap that gets under your diamond. There are various factors that go into deciding what to put into a ultrasonic so go to a reputable jeweler (not some random person that works in the mall at a jewelry store) and ask their advice.

  • Great job, great PRICE

I had worked in Fine jewelry with access to professional quality Ultrasonics and steamers For a number of years. I could not believe how clean the pieces I tried this on came out! Yes, some bracelets took two cleanings, with a quick brush in between, but I had not been able to make them look good no matter what I tried at home, for years! I just bought an antique piece, ran it through and it looks fabulous! I am so impressed, I bought another for my Best Friend. I used warm, distilled water and a non-ammonia cleaner, light on the cleaner. A similar product to what we used in the store. I get it at the Dollar store, so not costly at all. The water I poured out of the tank was almost BLACK as I cleaned a lot of jewelry. It is very quiet. IMPORTANT**** There are gems that should NEVER be put in an ultrasonic cleaner! Be sure to CHECK first. Opals, Pearls and Emeralds are just examples.****

  • Sonic Wave Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner

It takes more than one (1) to get your diamond ring clean. I had to do it a bunch of times plus had to use a little toothbrush to clean under the diamond. For small jobs it's ok, and for the price. I will say it will take me two (2) or three (3) days to clean all my jewelry, maybe even longer. But I can say it sure is beautiful again after taking one (1) hour or more to clean my gorgeous wedding ring 💍. I absolutely recommend the seller, I received it so quickly I was truly surprised, received it on a Sunday, I didn't know any one delivered on Sunday, but someone does. UPS does. Thank you degmart for great service. The Bettencourt's 👫🦋

  • Does a good job

I have a small watch service business. I also clean watches and jewelry. This small unit does an adequate job cleaning watch bands and jewelry within its limitations. Must use a jewelry cleaner for best results, plain water most of the time is just not enough even with my commercial unit. For home use you can't go wrong.

  • well built unit, stainless steel tub, with basket.

Sturdy little cleaner, like the title says. However, I don't like the 3 minute run time. I'm using this to clean items found while metal detecting, so having to restart every 3 minutes is quite annoying. But I do not recommend running this much longer than 25 minutes at a time, cause the ultrasonic action does heat the water substantially. Water can get over 130 degrees. Great for coins, not so good for your favorite sunglasses.

  • Frustrated

Can't give a star rating, recommend, value or describe quality as yet. Have not been able to use the machine as it has an American plug. So had to buy an adaptor. Machine does NOT work. Adaptor has bee tested and is ok, so must be faulty machine. Response from supplier was that specifications on the machine and the instruction book would have told me this machine could not be used in Australia. However, reading this after I had received the machine was not much help. Now I am unable to find where I can return , so it will end up going in the bin. Total waste of money - and very very annoying. Is this a scam or just plain unethical.

  • Works great!

This unit works really well, cleans eye glasses great, glassware just fine, dirty coins very well and I’m sure many other metallic item equally as well. One drawback is the fixed 3 minute cycle.
