Great for Pregnant Mamas
Absolutely love this yeast! I just learned I'm pregnant and need more nutrients in my diet. This is a good quality product, sold at a good price by a good vendor, and I'll be purchasing this product regularly. Does it taste like cheese? Hell No, and it's not supposed to! Unfortified nutritional yeast is not about eating cheese, it's about getting food-sourced B vitamins instead of taking synthetic B vitamins, which our bodies don't process very well.
