Easy and quick chain cleaning.
Easy to see where the foam is going, although takes practice to direct it well. Easiest to spray into the slot in the sponge rather than trying to aim at the chain, apart from on the cassette which provides a larger target. Sponge is very effective and can slide along chain on an e-bike on which back-pedalling is not possible.
