  • Lovely unit. Shame about the 5G

A nice well designed piece of kit with a good sized screen and touchpad. Really pleased with its general operation and the 'tablet mode' is really useful. This was a 'refurbished' unit and the only downside is that the 'Mobile' 5G section doesn't work. Have tried all the updates, uninstall and re-install recommendations and even Intel have washed their hands of solving the problem. Samsung website absolutly useless to get anything other than minor fixes and their 'self repair' section, although useful for disassembly doesn't have a version for the 5G unit and the diagnostics completely ignore the 5G and only look at the WiFi (which is fine!). Thought I'd see where I could get replacement parts, but very little on the www and none with pictures to verify the parts visually. Samsung site no help! Apart from the above moan; love the unit!!
