Straightforward to build, perfectly captures the stripped down y-wing
I had reservations about buying this older UCS set, but I was very pleasantly surprised The build is very straightforward but interesting, and the finished product is very detailed and captures the y-wing perfectly. The only area that disappointed me was the cockpit canopy, which has a very hard to place transfer, laid over a clear canopy brick, ot does not look nice and for some reason it is gray, not white. I solved this problem by using the transfer as a mask and spray paitning it white, it looks much better.
