I think this dvd would be good for people that have a little stamina to begin with, or used to exercising. But for a beginner that hasn't done any aerobic exercise in a long time, I found this too fast paced unfortunately. Even the warm up is fast. I can see that people would lose weight on this if you did it 4 times a week as suggested. I prefer something less fast paced to begin with, and then build. Im not a big fan of going to the gym but really want to get in shape and boost my weight loss. Bought this dvd and its great works all parts of your body and you actually feel it working as you go. As each section is only 3 mins long it keeps you going and determind to finish each section.
