Fantastic Indian Cuisine - without the fuss.
Absolutely rate this cook, new to the Instant Pot, a friend recommended her books and I can honestly say everything we have made has turned out perfectly and, the flavours are out of this world. We are keen fans on Madhur Jaffray for indian recipes but these are easily on parr and now I am looking for all the other books...Mediterranean in particular. Contrary to other reviews, we have had no problem with 'American' ingredients, everything has been accessible. Also, I do like the fact that these books have only a 100 recipes in them, it gets overwhelming when one sees 1000 - 100 one can work with.
