Excellent laptop with wonderful features
The X1 fold is compact, innovative and very user friendly. I upgraded the OS to Windows 11 which got rid of some glitches and has improved the performance. Everyone who has seen me using it is astonished by the folding screen and the amazing clarity. Colour response is excellent, no appreciable lag when opening multiple windows, strong hinges, good looking leather cover. Now the downsides (yes, there are always downsides) - the battery life is not good, 5 hours normal use and the battery is almost gone. The keyboard is excellent, but so many items crammed onto some keys meaning three keys pressed to get some items is awkward, the track pad is very small, having said which, on a keyboard that size it's as big as it can be and hasn't caused me many problems so far. I love the laptop, easy to carry, easy to use, smart - I have been told the 2nd generation is even better, but I'll stick with my generation 1 thanks, it does everything I want.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
