NotesDavid Edward Sutch (11/10/40-6/16/99), or simply Screaming Lord Sutch, was and English musician and serial parliamentary candidate. During the 1960's he was known for his horror-themed stage show, dressing as Jack the Ripper, pre-dating the shock rock antics of Alice Cooper. Other props included knives, daggers, skulls, and bodies. He "heavy friends" that play on this two-fer include Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck, John Bonham, Nicky Hopkins, Noel Redding, Ritchie Blackmore, Keith Moon, Matthew Fisher &Victor Brox.
