Remove the lug nuts then install
This cover does not just pop onto the wheel. I had to take the car to a mechanic who jacked it up, removed the lug nuts, installed the cover and then replaced the lug nuts. The cover now seems to be holding securely. The price seems a bit steep for a piece of plastic with the Ford logo. Instructions should be included in the package.
