Not the best buy I have ever made.
Very disappointed. The image quality is reasonable and that's about all you can say about this TV. I am still debating whether or not to send it back. The sound quality is awful and at twenty watts is useless without an external speaker. When using the menu there are too many steps to get to anything you want to change and getting back is just as tedious. The picture size is an absolute pain, it needs to be altered almost every time you change channel. If you are using an external set top box such as Humax more often than not the picture will not fill the screen and cannot be made to do so. To alter the picture size takes forever unlike previous Samsung TV's I have owned. To alter the picture size necessitates going into settings and cannot be done from the remote alone. Not much point in having a 65" TV to watch a 40" picture. The remote is too small, particularly for someone with large hands, as all the buttons are too close together so you have to look to see what you are doing or press the wrong button. There is the absolute minimum of inputs for peripherals which might be a problem for technophobes.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
