what ever happened to trading standards???
Initially taking out the box looks and feels good for £20 but even at full charge the nose hair piece cuts no hairs at all, the trimmers are terrible catching/ripping even the shortest of hairs and leaving uneven patches. The mesh part just about cuts the smallest hairs as long as its pressed very hard against your face. even then it cuts only if you stroke upwards. I wasn't expecting a top quality product for £20 but still very disappointed as i feel like its not even up to the task and wont be using it again. Like a supermodel, it looks good, massive entourage but does nothing else
All the attachments were worse than useless, very uncomfortable on the face and I had to go over my face several times because it was so bad at cutting the hair. The power fluctuated wildly while using it, I thought it was running out of battery then it would suddenly get louder, then quieter. seems like a safety issue as the voltage shouldnt fluctuate like that at all. Had to cut my beard with a remington beard trimmer with one adjustable attachment in half the time, with a world in difference in results. used it once, wasnt worth the football field of space it took up in the bathroom so it went straight in the trash, where it belongs DO NOT BUY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO CUT FACIAL HAIRVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Instructions
Instructions could be clearer and illustrated with regards to changing heads. Useless for cutting any longish hair whether its a beard trim or a head trimming need. Hair length guards are cheap and poor but if your wanting it for a daily tidy up quick shave its ideal. Would be ideal for a sales rep on the go all day. Design is really poor
Doesn’t matter what size you choose, the machine will cut hair always at the same length! The numbers sizes design is made wrong and insted having a different cutting size they are only longer, hard to explain but trust me doesn’t work with different sizes! The actual machine is working perfectly, battery lasts forever, cuts hair right away!
